WPStudio Membership Options

Once you purchase either an annual or a monthly membership subscription to WPStudio.com, you will receive a series of emails. You will receive an email that will provide you with a receipt and a welcome to WPStudio introductory email. You will also receive an email with your login details for your membership account.  Once you have those login details you will be able to immediately register for all upcoming members-only webinars, gain access to the full library of replays, as well as gain access to the forums, the live chat rooms and all the plugins, themes, and code libraries that are included in your membership.  If you have any questions or you did not receive one of these emails, please reach out to me at benjamin@wpstudio.com and I'll get right to the bottom of the issue.

Every week WPStudio will broadcast between 1-3 training webinars that are attended only by current WPStudio members. These webinars normally have a live chat going during the webinar where you can ask questions directly to the instructor as well as participate in the conversation. All webinars are live and coding is done "in-real-time". We try not to "cookie-cut/pre-bake" anything so you can learn as we code. Every webinar is recorded and available for replay for anyone unable to attend the live broadcast. We typically use Zoom for the webinar, but will occasionally test out other broadcast solutions.

Every live webinar is recorded and placed into the WPStudio Replay Library. The library is searchable and members can tag specific webinars to their personal saved library listing to make it easy to work through the training at your own pace. If we pre-record any training sessions, these will also be placed into the WPStudio Replay Library. Members of WPStudio have access to the Replay Library 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are even downloads of both the video and audio-only for most of the replays to allow you to consume training however you desire.

The types of training in the current WPStudio Training Library range from exploring numerous WordPress plugins, understanding better client/developer business skills, diving deep into core WordPress functionality, going step-by-step through different building projects to see how a specific website implementation is accomplished, and even focusing on CSS, Javascript, PHP, and other coding languages.

"Office Hours" is a new feature of WPStudio that happens a few times a month where we all can "co-work" together online. Basically, Benjamin will be working online with the live chat room open and anyone can come talk, ask questions, and be part of the community.

This is our virtual "office time" so that freelancers don't have to feel like they are in this journey alone.

Over the years, WPStudio has acquired numerous lifetime licenses of popular WordPress themes and plugins. All WordPress tools are licensed under the GPL license which simply means I can share my plugins and themes. 

The benefit of access to all of my plugins and themes is saved for the annual members for the simple reason, I'm not looking for members to join for one month to download anything and then cancel.  But if you've been a monthly member for more than 4 months, I'll manually grant you access to the GPL Sharebox.

So what is included in the GPL Sharebox? Admin Columns Pro, AffiliateWP, StudioPress themes, AIOSEO, all Beaver Builder plugins, all elementor plugins, Boxzilla, Conductor, Gravity Forms, GeneratePress, MainWP,  Metabox, Oxygen Builder, SearchWP, Thrive, Toolset, VFBPro, Updraft, WP Rocket, Yoast SEO, and many many more options. (Plus members can request plugins and themes.)

This type of resource allows a WordPress developer to test out solutions for a client site without having to front the cash for a new plugin/theme. Then when you find something that works, you can purchase your own license so you can gain access to support and such.

The WordPress Developer Course/Camp is a semi-annual event that Benjamin has been teaching for 15 years. During this week-long course (in-person and online depending on course) an in-depth training covers everything you need to know about WordPress, security, extending capabilities, loop and query work, building your own themes and plugins, and so much more.

One of the benefits of the WPStudio membership is that you gain access to the course without having to pay the one-off price.

Sometimes it is just better and faster to implement a code library to perform some type of functionality on your WordPress site rather than a full-blown plugin. WPStudio offers its members a growing list of code libraries to use that covers functions like:

• wps-router - create custom permalinks, routes, and templates to be used in WordPress
• wps-optimize - a wrapper class that optimizes WordPress and removes unnecessary or unwanted functionality
• WPSF - (WordPress Studio Framework) enables advanced fields, metaboxes, settings, and more to be customized for clients.

WPStudio offers the VocePress theme along with its corresponding child theme. To extend the functionality of the VocePress theme, there is an optional companion plugin that extends and unlocks numerous functionalities and features.

WPStudio still offers its original Voce Theme for download, but due to the competitive nature of the current state of WordPress themes, this theme is not being actively developed. It IS being actively updated when and where security or WordPress changes require an update.

WPStudio has built and provided to the membership a wide range of WordPress plugins that are specifically geared to helping freelancers and entrepreneurs build better client sites.  The plugins range from a robust SEO plugin (SEO Studio) to a powerful security plugin (Security Studio) to an easy-to-use backup solution (Backup Studio). There is also a Loop Studio plugin that makes it easy to create queries and pass those queries into a template system. An HTML/CSS/code insertion with conditional logic plugin (Code Studio) along with numerous other utilitarian plugins. Plus, we've forked the Members plugin to simplify your control over access permissions in WordPress.

All of these plugins are made available to active members of WPStudio so there is no need to go purchase individual licenses for these plugins.
